STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. system settings
2. apperance
3. window decoration
4. titlebar buttons
5. check `close window by double clicking the menu icon`
OBSERVED RESULT
by double clicking the menu icon nothing happen
EXPECTED RESULT
should close the window
