STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to <URL: http://localhost/cgi-bin/download.cgi >!
2. Select file name 48F68961-4F7A-4703-9395-39950A51E4FB.MOV!
3. Submit!
OBSERVED RESULT
Konqueror does not download the file.

Download the file!
