I am using Breeze Twilight, and when I use Konqueror as a web browser, the
scroll bars look one way, but when I use Konqueror as a file manager, they look
different.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konqueror and navigate to a web page.
2. Observe the scroll bar
3. Control-w to get back to the file manager
4. Open your $HOME folder
5. Observe the scroll bar
OBSERVED RESULT
Scroll bars should reflect Breeze Application Style
EXPECTED RESULT
They do not when web browsing
