So You just put them in the same directory and chapters are loaded to the seek bar if the option for that is set..? Or some sort of custom file format where you have <video name>_<timestamp_label> = <time> and <timestamp_label> = "texted comment". And you have that single file in a directory if that file contains video name that chapter is loaded on that particular video at that particular time with that particular comment? Dunno, maybe i think too complicated, but that's how i imagine it now.
