                    updating. I even tried configuring it in my menu. It's
                    stuck as some high contrast pallet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open new file.
2. Open "Select a Color" setting.
3. Observe.

OBSERVED RESULT
The color wheel seems to be stuck in a strange high contrast color mode.

EXPECTED RESULT
The color wheel should be resuming normal activity.
