Nope, I'm on an Intel system, *but* I mostly experience kwin_x11 crashes (it actuallt dies without Dr. Konqui showing up and I have to start it via konsole/yakuake/krunner, whichever I can access at that moment) and only a few plasmashell freezes in between. I did notice that when kwin dies repeatedly, if I restart plasmashell it won't die again, at least for the rest of the day. Also, the crashes/freezes seem pretty random: sometimes while receiveing a notification or several, sometimes when I Shift+Del an emal in kmail (confirmation popup) and some other times kwin just dies without an obviuos (to me) trigger.
