Bug ID: 461897 Summary: Mouse Pointer leaves duplicate on second monitor when moving quickly between monitors Classification: Plasma Product: kwin Version: 5.26.2 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: wayland-generic Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: kingofgamesy...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY When moving the mouse quickly from left monitor to right monitor, there is a duplicate left behind. * The duplicate will not appear if you move the cursor slow enough * The duplicate is much less likely to appear if you have some window, e.g. System Settings, covering the screen * If the duplicate is positioned such that some portion would be rendered on both screens, only the screen without the active cursor renders it's portion of the cursor * The duplicate will immediately disappear if the cursor is moved to the screen it is on STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have 2 identical monitors located left/right 2.
