Please take this bug more seriously, it's a bit ridiculous that the reason the "downgrade" to the latest release of Kubuntu is a disaster on my hardware is because the screen locker requires graphics acceleration in order to flash the cursor without pegging the CPU at 100%. Whatever its doing that causes such dire performance must surely also be broken for remote sessions?
