Oh. Cra.. excellent. That fixed the behaviour. I'm sorry, this was 100% a user
error. This bug can be closed.
In my defence (well, somewhat), I was fooled by a large number of images in the
root folder of the parent album that I had assumed weren't there but in their
respective subfolders.
