STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search in my machine in application menu, slow.

OBSERVED RESULT
1) Slow search in application menu
2) Many times the bar at bottom is unresponsive.
3) Due to slowness, it is hard to document such behaviour.
4) Maybe i must take a video with my mobile next time.
EXPECTED RESULT
The search in application menu must be almost instant in a such good machine.

This is almost the quickest time in my machine for search results in
application menu.
Other times is much much worse.
Here, in a very recent post for another topic, they suggested that plasma shell
is leaking.
