Hey,

I'm on Fedora 36 and Plasma 5.25.5 now.
Maybe I can give more information on this.
I found out that it's not a reboot or wake up from sleep. The resolution
reverts back to 640x480 if I wake up any computer with the monitor off or in
powersafe mode. Then the resolution is at 640... all windows sizes and
positions are a mess bc of the resolution change.
If I switch the monitor manually on (it's independent which input is enabled)
before I wake up the computer, Plasma starts in the right resolution
(5120x1440).

I use X because wayland does not work

Beside that there is a strange behavior when enabling/disabling the laptop
screen while the external monitor is attached with the window sizes :)
