morphing popups
SUMMARY
With morphing popups turned on, hovering from a program with 2 or more windows
open to one with none breaks the animation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over a program with 2 windows open
2. Move mouse to a program with no windows open.
OBSERVED RESULT
Animation breaks
EXPECTED RESULT
Animation doesn't break
