Mobile session
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Mobile session
2. Launch konsole
3. Show virtual keyboard
4. Launch kate from konsole using physical keyboard
OBSERVED RESULT
Kate not opened in fullscreen
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate opened in fullscreen
