In 22.12, those ligatures will be disabled by default, but there is an option
to enable them.
I plan to add an option that will give control over which characters may be
ligated, but not select specific ligatures.
You will be able to select only =,< characters, so you have ligatures for <=
and =< but not for <-. But you will not be able to have <= ligated but =< not
ligated.
