STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open 'Connections' KCM
2. select a Wi-Fi network and click on 'Wi-Fi security' tab
3. open 'Security' combobox and choose 'WPA/WPA2 Personal'
4. type a weak password like '12345' and click on 'Apply' button

OBSERVED RESULT
Uninformative notification seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
keep 'Apply' button greyed out until the user types a valid password
