SUMMARY
Can reproduce on Arch Linux (Plasma 5.26.2) and neon unstable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the button used to show the hidden systray icons and activate its
'Keep open' feature
by clicking on the button in the upper right corner
2. open Spectacle and save the screenshot
3. click 'Annotate' button of the Plasma notification
OBSERVED RESULT
the notifcation moves itself on the screen and then disappears.

EXPECTED RESULT
the notification disappears without moving itself on the screen
