Video first shows expected behaviour (at max width) and then the bug

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the panel to anything but “maximize panel”
2. Move the mouse to the corner where the panel is supposed to go all the way
to the edge
3. The panel will auto hide and interactions with widgets are not possible
