error on Discovery after attempting to install phone dialer
SUMMARY

Trying to install app in following website I get error from Discovery "Could
not open appstream://org.kde.phone.dialer because it was not found in any
available software repositories"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to https://apps.kde.org/phone.dialer/
2. click "install on linux" button
3. click "xdg-open"
OBSERVED RESULT
Error message shows
EXPECTED RESULT
App installs and able to make and receive calls
