I am also having this issue, is a fix incoming/in progress? I got a new (and
expensive) laptop and I'm trying to make sure it's battery lasts but having to
reset this value on each reboot is quite tedious. (I'm on the most recent
version of KDE plasma on EndeavourOS if relevant)
