I'm not sure if this only holds true for IMAP accounts and/or has anything to do with the original bug. But I'm definitely sure that the attachment problem prevails. In some mails attachments are shown in the header as well as at the bottom of the mail text and sometimes - less frequently - only at the bottom. The latter might cause overlooking attachments. Maybe I should mention at this point, that I "prefer text to HTML" and chose "smart" attachment representation.
