for a brief moment before disappearing.

1. Activate Desktop Grid
2. Deactivate Desktop Grid
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma panels are shown for a brief moment when activating/deactivating the
effect.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma panels shouldn't be shown.
