SUMMARY
After Neon install (fresh install from neon-user-20221023-0714.iso) with en_US
regional settings the "Paper Size" is "Letter". Selecting different local with
"A4" size seems to be ignored. (didn't restart/relogin yet to confirm whether
this is just visual bug, or the setting is really ignored).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have `LC_PAPER=en_US.UTF-8` initially, enter Region & Language settings
2. Paper Size should show value "Letter", hit "Modify..."
3. Select some other country with "A4" value like for example cs_CZ (čeština)
4. see the Paper Size row still show "Letter" value.
Other rows display newly selected modifications.
