adding the new resource
SUMMARY
When adding an iCal subscription URL as iCal Calendar File, there are two
entries:
1. akonandi_ical_resource_(a number)
2. `Display Name you specified`
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add new Calendar Source: iCal Calendar File
2. enter URL in File Name (ex.
http://i.cal.to/ical/81/bayern/ferien/2d5ce313.2701bf24-54bb6875.ics)
3. enter Name (ex. "Holidays")
4. click Apply and OK
5. manually Restart the Calendar source (to fetch for the first time)
OBSERVED RESULT
Two calendars are shown in the left sidebar (one with a name like
akonadi_ical_resource_19 and one called Holidays), but events are only shown by
the one called Holidays (check by hiding it).
EXPECTED RESULT
Only one calendar with the set Display Name (e.g. Holidays) is shown.
