The context of Plasma is _global_ so all well known functions of Plasma should
be replicated within the context menu. And "KRunner [Alt+F2]" is such a
function, but not "Run command [Shift+Space]". The question is whether the task
manager is seen as a program with own context (I agree with Thomas that this is
true), and should then provide different functions.

Having a context menu improves accessibility and allows the user to explore
functionality. Observe yourself: you will most likely read the context menu in
new applications and check what's available there (beyond the copy/paste
stuff).

Putting all together I would rather refuse the idea.
