Getting an error like:
Error starting torrent: Cannot create file
~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/tor1/dnd/file0.dnd: No such file or directory
Seems that dnd directories are either deleted or do not get created
automatically properly when starting a torrent.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start an existing torrent
2. Popup appears

Error message
Expected Results:
For the torrent to start
