Hello! Unfortunately we're going to need a bit more information to figure out
what exactly is going on. When you make a selection, does it not select
anything? Does it select everything? Can you take a screen recording of the
problem, or maybe a screencap of your current tool options? Does it still
happen if you update to the newest version available?
