It is a bit useless for that, though. As the new commit in the above looked MR
shows - it is easy to abuse: if an application can create a new top level
window (for example, by calling `QWidget()`), it can give itself activation
rights.

With the current state of the MR, all the Wayland functionality that I was
missing is now working well for me. If people want to test it and report
issues, it will be appreciated, as well as if someone with commit access will
be able to merge it.
