I really enjoyed the overview behavior, where if you started typing a search
utility showed you relevant results in a nice and customizable way. This acted
like a combination of alt+tab and an application launcher and provided a quick
way to manage/switch/start applications.
Recently this behavior has changed, such that it filters only the windows
shown, and text search results appear only when no open window matches. This is
no longer configurable.
Is there a way to reintroduce the option for starting normal search when typing
in the overview?
