Bug ID: 460696 Summary: KDE Neon Plasma 5.26 does not work with 2 monitors of different density. Classification: KDE Neon Product: neon Version: unspecified Platform: Neon OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: critical Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: neon-b...@kde.org Reporter: nopo...@yandex.ru CC: j...@jriddell.org, neon-b...@kde.org, sit...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. There were 2 monitors FullHD (HDMI) and not HD (DVI). I update my PC with pkcon refresh && pkcon update 2. Disabled "old" non-HD secondary monitor 3. Connected a new second monitor 2k resolution (Display Port) 4. X11: Only one monitor works either 2k or fullHD. Plasma understands that the second monitor is connected to the PC, but cannot configure it. 5. Wayland: Plasma starts with a blank screen. Only kwin or applications saved in the previous session work. NO panels, wallpapers and everything else.
