STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. There were 2 monitors FullHD (HDMI) and not HD (DVI). I update my PC with
pkcon refresh && pkcon update
2. Disabled "old" non-HD secondary monitor
3. Connected a new second monitor 2k resolution (Display Port)
4. X11: Only one monitor works either 2k or fullHD. Plasma understands that the
second monitor is connected to the PC, but cannot configure it.
5. Wayland: Plasma starts with a blank screen. Only kwin or applications saved
in the previous session work. NO panels, wallpapers and everything else.
