Updated the system and there was one for Plasma Display. Rebooted >> No
change. Went into settings enabled the display, set as primary, still
misreporting the refresh rate with 30Hz listed as the only rate the monitor can
run at, which is false, it can do 60Hz. When I hit apply, all that happens is
that all of the open apps shift to the left, 1/2 on and 1/2 off screen, the
dialog with the "Keep" and "revert" buttons does nothing on clicking (Cursor
positioning incorrect?) and it reverts. Reboot doesn't change anything.
So I cannot accept this as Fixed, as the problem still remains.
