I set the default window placement to maximized, as shown here:

This work for the apps, while Kdialog seems not effected:

This is really important for me, i hate it so much when the file dialog opens
and i have so less space on my notebook, its horrible.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the default window placement to maximized
2. Open Kdialog
Actual Results:
Kdialog opens in a small window
Expected Results:
Kdialog opens maximized
