SUMMARY
Widgets change position and size on reboot/relogin.
Bug appeared in mid-September.
Reinstalled OS, replaced the display cables, but nothing changed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place widgets
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets change size and position.
EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets remain in their sizes and positions.
