There were no launch configurations. KDevelop showed the Launch Configurations
dialog and expected you to create a launch configuration for the Heaptrack
Analysis. But it would crash even if you did that :)
https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/merge_requests/388 eliminates the
crash and shows an explanation if a launch configuration is not created.
