This shows that other packages than libical have been changed when you downgraded libical. You need to ensure that ONLY libical is changed when you downgrade it. I do dowgrade in terminal with command #sudo downgrade libicu and result is libicu is version 3.0.14 I dont know any other metod to downgrade, yes i now downgrade all distro without pacman.conf -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
