A garbled file created when copying a file to a WebDAV share

SUMMARY
When a file is written or copied to a WebDAV share, a small file with garbled
output is created instead (it's a small XML file, attached)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Dolphin to open webdavs://usern...@some.example.com:443/testfolder/
2. Copy a file testfile.txt to the share

OBSERVED RESULT
The contents of any files created are always a small XML file, which is
attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
The actual contents of the copied file.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have now upgraded KDE Frameworks to version 5.99, but kept just the package
kio to version 5.98, which doesn't produce this bug.
The WebDAV share is served by Apache over a Nginx reverse proxy.
