I tested it on Windows 10 with version 22.08.1. Double click into a monitor
(monitor detached or not detached) opens that monitor on the second screen in
full screen mode.
Can you please try whether this is happening with the Appimage too (Download
the latest version here https://kdenlive.org/download/)?
