STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Open Notifications
3. Click on "Application: Configure"
4. Click on "Highlight changed settings"
OBSERVED RESULT
The changed application in the list does not show the orange dot. One needs to
go trough all items to find the changed settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
Orange dots indicate the changed applications.
