Drawing Tablet is the wayland version of the Graphics Tablet KCM, which does
not work on Wayland. I guess the bug here is that Drawing Tablet is
inappropriately shown on X11.
However this would be tricky if we just hide it, since then on X11 you would
see nothing unless you have the wacomtablet repo installed, which provides the
Graphics Tablet KCM.
