STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin and resize Places or Folder panels.
2. Close Dolphin or open a new instance.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Panels revert size. Tried locking panels too, but no success.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panels retain adjusted size.
