STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Weather widget was installed, not updated
2. Updated kde to the newest
3. weather widget now shows the incorrect size
4. uninstalled weather widget, installed updated "Weather Widget 2", same exact
issue

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I believe this is a kde issue as the widget broke between kde updates without
the widget itself updating.
