Open the menu icon in the upper right corner has disappeared. Toolbar configure
shows "open the menu" but don't work.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I removed it (open the menu) and added it again, it didin' t work. I add
something else, it happens but "open the menu" doesn't. I uninstalled dolphin
with config files and reinstalled it. But the problem was not fixed.
