SUMMARY
1-px sharpness brushes don't support changes in spacing.
This is likely because KisPainter::bitBlt (used when Sharpness is enabled +
brush is 1px) doesn't seem to account for spacing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select u) Pixel Art brush.
2. Set spacing to max.
3. Paint a stroke.
OBSERVED RESULT
It's a continuous line.
EXPECTED RESULT
A dotted line.
