SUMMARY
General > Previews > "Skip previews for remote files above" is set to "No
previews". Dolphin generates previews regardless. Since Dolphin's preview
generation is very inefficient, it is a significant problem that it's not
possible to disable it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure you have a remote fs
2. Open Dolphin
3. Ensure Dolphin detects your fs as a remote fs (check whether it's listed
under "Remote" in the sidebar)
4. Ensure "Skip previews for remote files above" is set to "No previews".
5. Navigate to any directory that contains files which Dolphin generates
previews for, observe previews being generated.
OBSERVED RESULT
Thumbnails are being generated
EXPECTED RESULT
Thumbnails should not be generated
