I arrived here as I was coming to submit a near-identical bug report - the only
real contribution I'm making is that I think it's at least Normal importance,
not Minor.
It's a very jarring experience in an otherwise slick and amazing platform.

Regarding Nate's comment that "we do that in Discover", whatever happens in
Discover is much better: regardless of how fast I scroll I never see a "Loading
More" at all, let alone one that blocks the current UI completely.

The best comparison for me is wallpapers: in Get New [Wallpapers] if I scroll
just a tiny bit too quickly, everything disappears behind a "Loading More"
modal for a few seconds at a time. Whereas if I use Discover to browse for
wallpaper, the most extreme outcome is that thumbnails are slow to load.
