On the same Windows 10 VM with installed kmymoney 5.1.3 (64bit), the first
start of kmymoney (after a system reboot) with the attached test file takes
about 2.4s (checked in dbgview by searching for the term 'Payees model created
with items 0') and about 1.0s for subsequent starts.
If there is additional information that indicates a problem with kmymoney,
please reopen the ticket with additional information to be able to reproduce
the problem.
