paste at cursor works as expected in 5.1, this paste was probably not available
when this report was made. To aid in discoverability I added the "Paint at
cursor" to the context menu, as it makes sense to have it there.
The second issue is the same as bug 426606. It is not possible to edit grouped
shapes. I will mark as resolved duplicate to keep the information about group
layers referenced in the other bug.
