Hovering a long file name in Icons View vs. Details View
I can replicate this specifically in the "Details" view mode.
In "Icons" mode, a long file name will be elided, and hovering over it will
display a tooltip with the full name.
In "Details" mode, a long file name will be elided, but there is no tooltip on
hover.
