Application Launcher open
SUMMARY
Set up a session to be wayland, set the panel to be floating in either expanded
mode (full screen app open) or floating mode the widgets nolonger map to the
icon that opened them
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot in to the desktop
2. Open the application launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
Widget opens in the middle of the panel
EXPECTED RESULT
Widget opens above the icon on the left of the panel
