The issue you're seeing is a different bug compared to the one Nur Muhammed was
seeing, but as that bug is no longer possible to see, we can use this bug
report for your issue.
It's almost certainly caused by an issue outside of KInfoCenter--likely in
qqc2-desktop style, Qt, or your graphics drivers.
What graphics hardware are you using and are you using any scaling? And are you
using X11 or Wayland?
