SUMMARY
Tearing happens often on AMD Renoir and it demonstrates itself in a weird way
when panel listed apps start to jump around pixels and flashing. Then some
windows won't be properly rendered and they need to be either minimized and
opened again or closed (killed) to work correctly again (e.g. Firefox often).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Not sure, intermittent issues, random times
OBSERVED RESULT
Tearing, windows not displayed correctly, e.g. blank or empty
EXPECTED RESULT
Correct display, no panel tearing issues
